i close my eyes
i see your face
as if you were standing  there

i listen close
i hear your voice
words, you spoke
so long ago

i remember a kiss
and almost
feel your lips on mine again

invisioning an embrace
the warnth of your
arms is upon my skin

a moment frozen in time
happened so very long ago
yet the images still fresh in my mind
like it was yesterday

tyring to forgot why your gone
forget what went wrong
trying to live in a joyous moment
of days gone by

when happiness was
all i felt
when there was
no pain, no sorrow

finding out
living in the past can't
make your days better
or your nights bareble

realizing .....
that it is time
time to move on
time to live again
time to let go of
what could of been
